This multi-generational family wine cellar complex was built in the 17th–18th century and is capable of ageing up to 60,000 liters of wine in traditional oak barrels. The thick rhyolite tuff walls, the centuries-old noble mold (Cladosporium cellare), and a constant 10–11°C ensure ideal ageing conditions. All wines are matured in oak without filtration or fining.

Food: BBQ and grill dishes prepared by the team of Rextorante (Nyíregyháza), including salads, sides, and the award-winning “Burger of Hungary 2022” (team category, Szaft’n Burger contest).
