The Bodrog nook, a wilderness area bordered by the Tisza and Bodrog rivers, is a truly unique natural region not only in Hungary but in all of Europe. The countryside can be completely submerged during spring floods, turning the landscape into a sea. The channels, marshes, swamps, marshlands and marsh meadows that emerge after the floods
are home to an unparalleled wealth of wildlife. You can experience these wonders by canoeing through wild landscapes. The route is also an ideal training ground for beginner canoeists.
