A chamber music duo featuring cellist Ditta Rohmann and violinist Edina Szirtes (aka Mókus). Guest artist: Péter Szalai (percussion). This concert is a journey, aimed primarily at young audiences. Starting from classical music, it travels through folk music adaptations to sung poetry that invites the audience to sing along — all wrapped in the magic of improvisation. The program aims to inspire the next generation to step away from the mainstream soundscape and explore a more sensitive, nuanced, and soul- and mind-engaging musical world. The performance is driven by the artists’ curiosity and their boundless journey through genres — with the only constants being their instruments and voices. In addition to original compositions, the program features classical music arrangements and folk-inspired pieces for cello and violin duo.
