Departure from Mailloth Castle We invite those who want to go hiking on the three days of the Kerekdomb Festival to a cycling program, with electric assistance! One tour on Friday and Sunday, and two tours on Saturday. Starting from Tállya to the Mailloth Castle, we will mark out the approximately 20–25 kilometer routes, partly off-road and uphill, to find out what superpower our legs gain thanks to electric assistance. In addition to experiencing how a pedelec bicycle differs and how it is similar to a traditional one, participants can also discover the natural beauties of the area. The RideHard.hu team will provide the bikes and tour guides for the programs. The tours start at 2:00 PM on Friday, 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Saturday, and 10:00 AM on Sunday, registration is half an hour before departure. Prior registration is required for the tours; you can register by emailing kerekezes@kerekdombfeszt.hu In the email, please provide the date of the chosen tour, as well as your height due to the size of the bike, and whether everyone has their own head protection. The latter is mandatory, and for those who do not have a helmet, we can provide a limited number on site. The tour requires cycling routine, i.e. you must handle the bike safely on easy terrain, gravel roads, slopes and uphills.
Visiting the program is possible with a wristband (or ticket confirmation code). What is important to know for those who have not tried a modern e-bike yet: on pedelec bicycles, the electric motor does not work for us, but only helps, depending on the selected mode. This way, the experience of exercising is preserved, but at the same time it will not be a problem to get up a steep hill.
