Performed by Trepp Theatre Platform (Slovakia)
We all want to live in love. But the rules of a happy relationship? No one really knows. Still, everyone has an opinion about others’ love lives—who with, how many, where, how long. Rules are important; they hold society together. But poets and artists exist partly to tread untrodden paths and bring us new feelings—ones hard to put into words.
Poets do it through verse. They write the unwriteable.
This performance explores the extraordinary love triangle of Mihály Babits, Lőrinc Szabó, and Sophie Török, using their poetry and diary entries, while also addressing deeply human dilemmas.
