Hungarians in Paris

|

Paris offers a world full of wonders to those who set out to visit it. From the Middle Ages to the present day, many prominent Hungarians have felt that there was something in Paris that could touch their soul and speak to their hearts. But why did they head to the City of Light? What did they expect from it – and what did they actually find? These are the secrets explored and presented to the audience by Jászai Mari Award-winning actor Armand Kautzky and art historian István Szirbek. And of course, no visual theatre performance about Paris would be complete without the chansons of Edith Piaf.
